From Field to Final Pack: How We Work
We integrate sourcing, processing and packing so you receive consistent quality, transparent documentation and on‑time deliveries.
Mission & Values
At Andean Taste our mission is to bridge the gap between Peru’s nutrient‑rich biodiversity and brands that place quality and transparency first. We source directly from smallholder communities, transform raw crops in our GMP‑compliant facility, and deliver tailor‑made superfood solutions that help our partners stand out.
Every batch we ship reflects fair pricing at origin, disciplined process controls and agile export logistics—so you receive consistent, safe and flavor‑true ingredients every time.
- Integrity – Fair contracts, transparent pricing, no shortcuts in sourcing or processing.
- Traceability – Lot‑level records from farm to final pack, shareable with purchasers & auditors.
- Innovation – Continuous R&D—new blends, extracts, and functional formats that meet market trends.
- Partnership – Collaborative approach with growers and clients; win‑win or no deal.
- Sustainability – 50 % renewable‑energy mix today; 50 % waste‑cut target set for 2026.

These projects follow the same standards of sourcing, traceability, and quality assurance as our main lines. Each request is assessed for supplier reliability, export-grade compliance, and production capacity before confirmation.
This selective approach allows us to stay focused on consistency while providing flexibility to buyers who seek long-term partnerships in Peru.
