MACA POWDER
Maca powder is made from raw maca root that has been dried and ground into a fine powder. It retains all the nutrients and natural enzymes of the raw root, including its fiber content. Some people prefer maca powder because of its natural and unprocessed form, and may use it to support digestion and overall health.
Gelatinized maca powder has been processed to remove the starch content, which makes it more concentrated and easier to digest. This process involves extruding the raw maca chunks, which removes the starch and leaves behind a powder that is more easily absorbed by the body. Gelatinized maca powder may be a better option for people with sensitive stomachs or digestive issues.
